Ground and Let go
The inspiration for this class will be the Earth element and the qualities of stability and presence.
We will explore the body/mind with carefully chosen and sequenced asanas, mudras, mantras and Pranayama, creating a safe space to let go of everything that doesn’t serve our growth and path.
This will be a slow but challenging practice; however, modifications will be given for more challenging asanas.
The workshop lasts 1 hour.
