Getting to know yoga in a playful and fun way through games, songs and fairy tales.

Today’s children live at a fast-paced pace of life, with full-time parents, pressures, video games, shopping malls, and competitive sports. We don’t even imagine how stressful everything is for them.

The lively pace of children’s lives has great effects on their innate joy. Yoga can help them with all these pressures. Once a child learns relaxation techniques, they can process all life’s challenges more easily and less stressfully.

Yoga in early childhood with body postures promotes positive self-image and body awareness. It physically increases mobility, strength, coordination, and at the same time increases their concentration, calmness and relaxation.

The workshop lasts 1 hour.
