How to show optimal performance in stressful situations? 

 Relaxation and visualization are techniques that help raise efficiency.

 How did I achieve above-average results in professional sport, despite disabilities like asthma, heart arrhythmia and allergies? Most often I used my mind, daily routines, and then my body.  

From which standpoint do our brains work best when we solve challenges? What are the techniques that help us generate ideas and bring them to life? And why all this is so important for self-efficiency?

 When we connect intuition with the mind we create a bridge and therefore the connection between the outer world – of instability and change – and our inner world – where we find peace, acceptance, and inner anchor. Through this connection, we can perform productively and follow our goals with focus.
