Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga combines traditional hatha yoga postures, micromovement yoga, and aerial hammock techniques with the aim of:

– increasing flexibility, balance, and coordination;

– facilitating deep stretching;

– improving posture;

– developing body strength; 

– achieving deeper relaxation.

Aerial Yoga program – is designed to increase the activation and provide a different, »aerial« approach to yoga postures. Working with the ground as well as off the ground it explores various Asanas, transitions, and flows intending to add a new perspective and different activation to the already known positions.

The workshop lasts 1 hour.
