Wild Plants in the Kitchen
On every step, nature offers us something healthy and yummy, if only we are ready to take that sustainably and with awareness to give back as well. Slovenia is a country, that has rich flora diversity. Up to 90% of plants, that grow wildly in that area are edible and broadly useful. You are welcome to join Monika for a walk in the forest and meadow to pick edible wild vegetation that grows along the path. You will also learn how to pick plants sustainably and with care for nature. In the end, you will be rewarded with a delicious snack made out of what you will gather.
