Lack of contact with nature not only leads to poor wellbeing and mood, but can seriously affect our health. That is why the moments an individual spends in nature, disconnected from electronic devices, are crucial to maintaining one’s health and wellbeing. Forest bathing or forest therapy can help us re-establish the contact with ourselves and taking care of our health at all levels. Its main purpose is a complete relaxation of body and mind.
At the Forest Bathing workshop we will learn different techniques for a better presence here and now, we will learn how to ground ourselves and find more authentic contact with ourselves. We will also perform various movement and breathing techniques that can bring more peace and harmony into our daily lives.
The workshop lasts 2 hours.
