Walk on Slackline
Slackline is an attractive sport for practicing focus. When you succeed to do the first steps, you are awarded with a whole-body feeling of calmness.
Through exercises on the ground, you will get to know your body and most likely very antsy thoughts. At the end of the workshop, with only some motoric skills, you will be able to do two to five controlled steps on the line (the accent is on controlled). If you already know the basics of walking on the slackline, you will gain more confidence and have the opportunity to try longer and more diverse slacklines.
