Yoga Beyond the Bullshit

Yoga is often helpful, and a nice “holiday” from stress, but just doing downwards dog don’t really cut it for the important things.

While the “wisdom of the body” sometimes does spill out in yoga, I found this could be greatly enhanced – in a way that was “Western but deep” – and accessible to those who wouldn’t go deeply into esoterica.

Seeing these things and combining modern postural yoga with other practices, myself and a group of senior yoga teachers created Embodied Yoga Principles (EYP) to help you become fully aware and to take responsibility for what is going on in your body and mind.

The workshop lasts 1 hour.
